A system of components that obtains considerable variation on an urban as well as on the building scale by different assembly with:
1. A structure that uses steel in its optimal performative state: tension
2. A circulation system that creates a second escape route and flexibility in layout
3. Two basic layouts that can be mixed to create a variety of possible configurations
4. A set of three basic units with different spatial characteristics, bound to a grid that can be freely combined according to changing market-demands
5. An overall skin that serves aesthetic, functional and ecological demands at once and involves the user in its actual appearance.
