The first project within the masterplan mirror twins provides the access to one of the green links to the park on top of its commercial ground floor. On top two buildings take on the enormous amount of requested square meters. Their rather massive volumes are hollowed out through a series of programmatic voids that connect to the communal circulation space. The much needed quality public space is integrated into the building by doubling the groundfloor and reinterpreting the circulation space.
